If someone has put up something you don't like, scratch it off the wall with your fingernails. This may take a while, but you'll leave with a sense of personal satisfaction.

Tax dollars spent, tax dollars saved.
If only you could capture the meeting of purveyor and destroyer, though to which title each should take, I'm uncertain. Regardless, be wary of the one with the shirt up, for I suspect some serious follow through. After all, if it's not wagging, what's the point of having it out?
On second thought, take caution, you don't want to cross paths with a HollaBackNYC feminist, their shirts are never up, yet metaphorically their dicks are always out.
